My Path in Technology: From Business Administration to Software Development
My name is Eduardo Kohn, and my journey in the world of technology is a blend of passion, continuous learning, and practical application. I began my academic journey with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UNISBA, which laid a solid foundation for my career. However, it was the field of technology that captured my interest and led me to pursue a Master's degree in Information Systems at the University of São Paulo (USP).
The Knowledge Base
My transition into technology wasn't instantaneous; it required dedication and a genuine desire to learn. Courses like The JavaScript Bible and React and TypeScript were instrumental in my development in programming languages that I now master. These courses not only enhanced my technical competence but also shaped my approach to software development.
Professional Journey: A Reflection of Growth
Since 2016, working in the IT field, I've had the opportunity to work on challenging and enriching projects. At AB InBev, I actively participated in and played a significant role in revamping the unit testing environment, which was crucial to the success of the delivery app development project.
In other positions, such as at Livelo Brasil, I contributed to the creation of a Design System that resulted in more efficient feature delivery. These experiences not only improved my technical skills but also reinforced the importance of teamwork and continuous innovation.
Skills: The Blend of Technical and Communication
My technical skills include proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and React Native. Additionally, I value clear communication and knowledge sharing, which I believe contributes to collective growth and project success.
Future Interests: Exploring New Horizons
I'm interested in delving further into NodeJS, NestJS, and databases. My short-term goals include becoming a frontend architect, and in the long term, aspiring to a solutions architect position. I'm particularly enthusiastic about studying high-performance systems and distributed systems.
Contributing to the Future
One of my primary aspirations is to share knowledge. I believe that by doing so, I can contribute to the development of other professionals, helping to shape a community of well-informed and skilled developers.
Conclusion
My journey so far has been filled with learning, overcoming challenges, and continuous growth. I look forward to what the future holds and how I can further contribute to the field of technology.
